Who We Are: Cedartree Management Company
Cedartree Management Company has been incorporated in the Pacific Northwest since July 1992. We operate as a full-service fee-management company for clients looking to invest in self storage facilities. Our services include managing truck rental dealerships, budgeting and reporting, tenant insurance, merchandise sales, and overseeing all operational facets of self-storage facilities across Oregon and Washington.

As a locally owned company, we can customize our services to meet the unique needs of each client. Currently, we manage over 30 facilities between Vancouver, Washington, and Eugene, Oregon, including multiple locations on the Oregon Coast.
3 Partners. All the Expertise.
Since 2015, partners Bryan Hammond, Joshua Haney, and Tracy Radford worked closely with company founder Lynne Powell. Arriving in the self storage industry in 1978, Powell became a supervisor for ULI Management Inc., one of the first third-party management companies in the country to specialize in managing storage facilities.
Upon Lynne’s retirement in 2022, ownership of Cedartree Management Company was then transferred to Bryan, Joshua, and Tracy. Under the new leadership, these three partners offer a modern vision in the industry while maintaining the time-tested practices and knowledge learned in the company’s lifetime.
Meet the Team
Bryan Hammond
Partner
Beginning as a site-level Office Manager, Bryan was first promoted to District Manager where he oversaw eight properties ranging from the Oregon coast to the Portland/Vancouver metro area. Next, he was named Accounts Manager where he became Cedartree’s liaison for vendor partners and assisted in the supervision of the administrative staff.
Bryan now serves as Executive Director where he maintains his capacity as liaison for our vendor partners and oversees Cedartree’s human resources, accounting, and administrative departments.
Joshua Haney
Partner
Beginning as a site-level Maintenance Manager, Joshua was first promoted to District Manager where he oversaw nine properties ranging from the Oregon coast to the Salem and Eugene Metro areas. Next, he became Marketing & Operations Manager where he oversaw Cedartree’s marketing department and assisted in the supervision of day-to-day operations at the site and district levels.
Joshua now serves as Operations & Marketing Director where he maintains his former capacities and oversees Cedartree’s operations and marketing departments.
Tracy Radford
Partner
Beginning as a site-level Office Manager, Tracy was first promoted to Administrative Assistant where she assisted with bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources. Next, she became Financial Accounts Manager where she oversaw Cedartree’s bookkeeping department and assisted in the supervision of administrative employees.
Tracy now serves as Financial Accounts Director where she oversees Cedartree’s accounting department.
